In a career spanning over three decades, Krishna has held leadership roles and implemented projects in teams cutting across global regions, including United Nations, IBM and EY. Krishna is a growth leader and over the past decades has driven very large scale transformations across organisations.

11 years of experience in leadership roles at JLL and Liquid Krystal successfully transacting over 12 million sq. ft. of office space for Corporate Occupiers across lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing.

A distinguished and award-winning hotelier with 28 years of expertise in Hospitality. In his last assignment as the business leader for Marriott International in the market of South and East India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, he oversaw a portfolio of almost 50 hotels in 15 iconic brands, with a workforce of 9000 employees and revenues of 500million USD. In his journey having led multiple luxury hotels and opened various assets, he has a rich and diverse experience with brands such as ITC Hotels, Oberoi Group, and the Leela Group. He is recognized for his tenacity, business acumen, ability to deliver exceptional results, drive large teams, foster strong stake holder relationships, and create value.

Anurag, with 22+ years of experience, is a leader in Corporate Real Estate & has held various senior positions at reputed firms like Morgan Stanley, YES Bank, ICICI Bank & IQVIA. He has a diverse experience on various aspects of Corporate real-estate services encompassing Real estate & Workplace strategies, Project & Facility Management.

Nitish has over 23 years of experience in the Office Real Estate Advisory and Strategic Consulting domain. He spent over 18 years at JLL, where he held multiple leadership positions, including leading JLL’s most profitable office leasing business across India and their sales effort across office advisory services for multiple large corporations.

Founded and led Gravitas Advisory, a Technology Investment Banking firm which advised on multiple capital raising and M&A transactions across Consumer Internet and Enterprise Software

In a career spanning over 2 decades, Bittu has handled a wide range of financial & strategic leadership roles with multiple dynamic consumer-facing multi-billion-dollar companies like Sula Vineyards, Pernod Ricard, Hindustan Coca Cola etc. In his last role, Bittu was Group CFO & led Sula’s IPO journey in December 2022.

Sunil is the Chief Revenue Officer, he has over two decades of experience in all facets of Real Estate including Commercial, Residential, Corporate Broking and Advisor. Prior to joining Table Space have held leadership functions in CRE and Sales & Marketing for large cooperation’s like Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, K Raheja Corp Pvt Ltd , Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate Pvt Ltd.

Amit Kumar leverages over 20 years of tech expertise with track record of strategizing, optimizing and leading resources & technology to ensure successful delivery of high impact engineering solutions in large scale products. Passionate about research on new idea / inventions that significantly impact efficiency, profitability, security, and bringing the best on that mission.

HR Professional with 25+ years of experience with companies like Accenture, Bank of America, EY. Specialising in Organisation Transformation and Change Management at start-up, Mergers or in a high Growth phase.

Megha Agarwal, with 16+ years in marketing, excels at strategic brand building and growth marketing for top brands like Unilever, WeWork, and Cavinkare. Her leadership focuses on ROI-driven commercial marketing for driving client acquisition and retention, while building a strong consumer first brand.

Jamshed Taraporwala brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, previously at Knight Frank India and JLL. Leveraging expertise in strategy, operations, and sales, he drives revenue growth, market expansion, and client value with a customer-centric approach.

Imaad leads India Sales & Business Development for TS Suites, leveraging his 16-year career, to expand the portfolio and enhance the brand presence for our newest product portfolio.

Megha Verma is a seasoned architect and interior designer with 13 years of experience, specializing in creating bespoke, emotionally resonant spaces through a deep understanding of client aspirations and spatial potential.

Having previously worked with large companies like ABB, Philips and Accenture, Sanjeev comes with over 40 years of experience in Risk & Trade Compliance. He has led growth charters over the past many decades & has driven large and complex projects across India, especially in Engineering Procurement Contracts, Regulatory Compliance & Indirect Taxation. With a focus on problem-solving, he has been successfully managing clients & has been part of major stakeholder management in all firms previously associated with him.

Cameron Steventon, the Executive Director Head of Project Delivery, is a broadly focused leader with a tactical mindset. His attention lies in guiding the team towards achieving goals, while also considering the specific strategies for success.

20 years of experience across Hospitality and Real Estate including Indian Hotels, Wadhawan Hotels, Nitesh Estates and Century Developers.

Vaibhav boasts 18 years of experience in real estate. His impressive journey includes a pivotal nine-year tenure leading Commercial Sales at CBRE in Mumbai, preceded by a successful stint at Cushman & Wakefield. Vaibhav has orchestrated transactions exceeding 20 million sq. ft. of office spaces in key Indian cities. With a background in computer science engineering and an MBA in Marketing, he blends technical expertise with strategic vision to consistently drive industry excellence.

Subir Singh brings over 25 years of diverse experience to the team. With a strong entrepreneurial background, he is well-versed in sales, strategy, customer acquisition, customer relationship management, business alliances, and business development.

Kunal Jaiswal is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of rich corporate real estate experience. Kunal has held several prominent positions at JLL, Colliers, Knight & Frank where he was instrumental in driving business across the office leasing & advisory business & concluded many marquee transactions for several global occupiers. His core strength is his expertise in structuring complex transactions & service excellence.

10 years of experience leading Business Development for ANJ TTPL, forecasting insights and Salesforce development. Worked closely with stakeholders, demonstrates the ability to transform capitalise on every pixel for overall benefit of the established enterprise.

An accomplished sales professional with an extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate Industry having worked previously in JLL for 13 years. She possesses expertise in negotiation, client relationship management, tailored solutions/transactions and navigating complex sales cycles.

Ajay Kumar comes equipped with 26 years of experience in Facility & Business Management across real estate operations, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. He has set up & delivered operations for the Taj, ITC, Marriott Hotels, RGIA airport, DIAL airport, Wockhardt & Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospitals to name a few. He also possess strong operational controls with P&L management, team building, and customer relations.
