Table Space, an enterprise-managed workspace operator, has expanded its footprint in Mumbai by launching Suites, its premium, ready-to-move-in managed office solution. This is Table Space’s first Suites facility in Mumbai, spanning around 30,000 sq. ft at Raheja Altimus, Worli – a premium Grade A asset.

The expansion is part of Table Space’s Mumbai growth strategy, which now spans around 7 lakh sq. ft., up from 4.7 lakh sq. ft. at the beginning of 2025. Of the 2.3 lakh+ sq. ft. added, Suites account for ~1.3 lakh sq. ft., now contributing ~20 per cent of the company’s Mumbai portfolio. This further enables Table Space to cater to the evolving needs of enterprises across BFSI, IT/ITeS, GCCs, and manufacturing sectors.
